FROM CRISIS TO RECOVERY

Serious injuries disrupt every aspect of life. Medical bills accumulate while income stops. Insurance companies make you a calculated minimum offer often while you're still in healing.

We see what insurance adjusters overlook: the life you had before, the challenges you face now, and the resources you'll need tomorrow. We've secured some of California's highest verdicts because we prepare every case for trial, and opposing counsel knows it.

PERSONAL INJURY QUESTIONS ANSWERED

When injuries disrupt your life, you need information you can trust. Here are answers to common personal injury questions about compensation, timelines, and the legal process.

How much do you charge to review my case?

There is no charge for an initial consultation to discuss your case. If, after reviewing the case, we decide your case has merit, we will advance all costs necessary to investigate and prosecute your case. When the case concludes, these costs are reimbursed to the firm from the recovery. If there is no recovery in your case, you owe us nothing.

How much will it cost to have you represent me?

Our personal injury cases are handled on a contingency-fee basis. You pay nothing up front; we collect a percentage of the recovery only if we win.

Does your firm handle cases throughout California?

Yes. While our offices are located in Pleasanton, Oakland, and Newark, we represent clients throughout California.

Who will work on my case?

A team of attorneys and paralegals is assigned to every case. You will have a primary point of contact and direct access to the attorneys handling your matter.

Can I handle my case on my own, or do I need a lawyer to represent me?

You can technically negotiate with an insurance company on your own, but injured clients with legal representation almost always recover significantly more than those without. We recommend at least a free consultation before deciding.

What is a "Statute of Limitations" and how does this affect my potential case?

A statute of limitations is the legal deadline for filing a lawsuit. In California, personal injury claims generally must be filed within two years of the injury, though some categories have shorter or different windows. Don't delay—speak with a lawyer as soon as possible.

PERSPECTIVE CHANGES EVERYTHING

FROM THE MIRADOR, WE SEE THE PATH TO YOUR RECOVERY.
