Luis Landeros
Senior Litigation Attorney
The son of a blue-collar immigrant family from the East Bay, Luis Landeros knew from the fourth grade that he wanted to become an attorney. That early calling has shaped his career and his commitment to advocating for individuals and families injured or harmed by others’ negligence.
Luis Landeros focuses his practice on personal injury litigation, representing individuals who have suffered serious injuries as a result of motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, unsafe premises, dog attacks, defective products, and other acts of negligence. Luis has also handled traumatic brain injury cases. He has also represented injured workers in third-party workers’ compensation matters.
Luis works closely with his clients and their families to understand the full impact of their injuries, develop the evidence necessary to prove their claims, and pursue full and fair compensation. He strives to hold negligent parties and responsible corporations accountable for the harm they have caused.
Luis earned his undergraduate degree from Stanford University, where he double-majored in Political Science and Spanish. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law and was admitted to the State Bar of California in January 2021.
Luis is an active member of the Alameda-Contra Costa Trial Lawyers Association and Consumer Attorneys of California.
Luis lives in the Tri-City area. Outside of practicing law, he enjoys playing soccer and softball and is an avid San Francisco 49ers and Chivas de Guadalajara fan.
