Mirador Law partners Megan Burns, Emily Dahm, and attorney Alan Charles Dell’Ario secured a $9,573,616 verdict after a jury trial in Alameda County. They represented a mother and daughter who were seriously injured in a violent attack by a student known for bullying the daughter at James Logan High School. The jury found New Haven Unified School District negligent for failing to control the escalating bullying.
